Markora Studio provides digital services tailored to client needs. All services are:

• Custom-built to your project requirements
• Based on agreed project scope
• Subject to agreed timelines and deliverables

We reserve the right to modify services, refuse service, or update pricing or scope at our discretion.

3.1 Payment Terms

• Projects require advance payment (50%–100%) before work begins
• Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery

3.2 Late Payments

• Late payments may result in project delays
• We reserve the right to pause work until payment is received

3.3 Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started
• Partial refunds may be considered only at our discretion

Timelines depend on project scope, client feedback speed, and the number of revisions required. Delays caused by the client — such as missing content or late approvals — will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed in the project scope.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges
• Major changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately

6.1 Ownership

• Final designs and files are transferred to the client after full payment
• Markora Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio

6.2 Restrictions

Clients may not resell our work as their own service or claim ownership before full payment is made. All content (designs, code, branding) remains the property of Markora Studio until payment is completed.

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Deliver required content (text, images, etc.) on time
• Communicate clearly and respond promptly

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client inputs.

Markora Studio is not liable for:

• Business losses or loss of revenue or profits
• Website downtime caused by third-party hosting issues
• Algorithm changes on platforms such as Google or Instagram

All services are provided “as is”, without guaranteed results.

We provide strategies and services based on industry best practices. However:

• SEO rankings are not guaranteed
• Social media growth is not guaranteed
• Marketing results depend on multiple external factors outside our control

We may use third-party tools and services including hosting providers, payment gateways, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or platform restrictions.

All client information is kept strictly confidential. We will not share sensitive data or disclose business information, unless required by law.

We reserve the right to terminate services if payments are not made, terms are violated, or communication breaks down. Clients may also terminate projects, but payments already made are non-refundable.

Markora Studio reserves the right to display completed work and use projects for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by applicable international business laws. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of our operational region.

We may update these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing updated terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
